New Series at The Immanent Frame

5/30/2008 11:12:48

The Immanent Frame

For a little over a month I've had the privilege of working at The Immanent Frame, an exciting new blog run out of the Social Science Research Council. We've had a number of superstar academic contributors, including Talal Asad, Charles Taylor, Saba Mahmood, Robert Bellah, and many others.

I've been helping to get started a new series related to the topic of my master's thesis: the impact of cognitive neuroscience on religion.

The first post in the series went up today, "The cognitive revolution and the decline of monotheism" by Kelly Bulkeley. I was thrilled to learn that it has been picked up by 3QuarksDaily, one of the best "filter blogs" out there, which I rely on almost every day. Take a look!
